PNJ Facilities is a Total Building Commissioning (Cx) Services company serving the Pacific Islands. Commissioning provides a multitude set of technical review and verification services for new construction and renovation projects throughout project design, construction, and operations that results in providing quality assurance and overall better performing buildings and facilities. Commissioning is a quality-focused process for enhancing the delivery of a project. It utilizes technical verification and documentation that all of the commissioned systems and assemblies are planned, designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained in accordance with the Owner’s Project Requirements and Basis of Design.
